Delay

- Orders are shipped by registered post every Wednesdays, last orders should be submitted by 11pm on Sundays. (HK time)

- Hong Kong post delay:

. To Hong Kong: 2-3 working days.
. Anywhere else by Normal shipping: 1-4 weeks.
. Anywhere else by Speedpost: 3-10 days.

- You can also pick up your order at our workshop in Discovery Bay (1a Sunrise) ; pick up schedule: wednesdays between 5-6pm.

Pricing

- The shipping rate is calculated based on the weight of the product. You may be able to see the estimated shipping during your check out process (before you make a payment).

- Free delivery for Hong Kong for any orders above HK$1000.

- Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items into one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

- An extra charge of HK$40 might be charge for the framed canvas items and HK$20 for gift wrapping.

Customs
All goods delivered outside of Hong Kong may be liable to customs duty when the shipment reaches its destination. These possible customs duties or taxes constitute the buyer’s expenses and are under his/her sole responsibility.

Responsability

- Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

- All estimated dates for either despatch or delivery by M&G Ltd are as estimates only and are not to be of the essence of the Contract. Therefore M&G Ltd shall not be liable for the consequences of any delay in fulfilling the buyer's order howsoever caused.
